Staying safe and well during a power cut

In the event of an uscheduled power cut it is important to know how to ensure your safety - be prepared and plan ahead of any possible power cut or emergency.

Power cuts can happen, and while we can't always stop them, we're doing everything we can to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Who to speak to during a power cut

The sooner we know about a power cut, the quicker we can fix it. If we already know about the problem, we can give you an idea of when your power will be restored.

Do you need extra help?

Our Priority Services Register provides extra help for customers who need it. If you're elderly, very ill or disabled, or rely on power for medical equipment, you'll get additional support during a power cut.
